What does my italian last name mean?

-my great-grand father came from italy but unfortunately he, my grand father, and my dad all passed away before explaining the last name.

any help would be nice and the last names StrengariIt means nothing

I'm sure,in Italian language Strengari doesn't have a meaning,maybe it's a regionalism
